Harvested and crafted by the long-established Mochizuki Toshio Shōten (望月利雄商店), a tea house founded in 1875, this tea represents generations of expertise and partnership with local farmers in the Yada (谷田) district—often called the "Valley of Tea." Nestled beneath the shadow of Mt. Fuji, this area is prized for its ideal tea-growing climate: misty mornings, mineral-rich soil, and pure mountain waters.

🍵 How to Brew

• Hot Brew: Use 1 tsp (2g) per 180 ml of water at 70–80°C (158–176°F). Steep for 60–90 seconds. For a second infusion, steep 15–30 seconds.

• Cold Brew: Add 5g tea to 500 ml cold water. Refrigerate for 6–8 hours. Swirl gently before serving.
