Description

This brand new porcelain Japanese incense burner (koro or kouro in Japanese) is a small version of a similar burner once commonly used in Japan to burn mosquito-repelling incense on warm Summer nights.  The burner takes the form of a chubby pig (buta) with a large opening at the nose and rear to allow incense fumes to escape.  A delightful and unique incense burner small enough for tabletop use and cute enough for any room of the house.  This incense burner includes a small reed display mat.

Length of pig (nose to rear): 2.7 inches (7.0 centimeters)
Length of mat: 4.7 inches (12.0 centimeters)
Width of mat: 2.7 inches (7.0 centimeters)
Weight of all items: 3.1 ounces (88 grams)
