Senior Driver Safety Plaque - Official Japan Car Sign
Description
Senior citizen drivers in Japan will usually display a special plaque affixed to the rear window of their car after reaching the age of 75. The plaques are thought to help others to be courteous while following the driver and are a common sight on Japanese roads and highways. The plaque is displayed at the left side of the rear window and is held in place through the use of an attached suction cup.
